P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Although there is allegation of firing against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    but admittedly, alleged occurrence took place on account of land<\/p>\n<p>                    dispute and it appears that injured has received simple injury said to<\/p>\n<p>                    be caused by hard and blunt substance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the aforesaid circumstances, let petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Rajdeep Sharma, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Nauhatta P.S.
