The Principal, Muzaffarpur Institute Of Technology,\n             Muzaffarpur\n\n\n3\/   19\/08\/2011<\/pre>\n<p>                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                  the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                  13.5.2008 passed by the three man committee rejecting<\/p>\n<p>                  his claim for regularization.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It   is   submitted   that   the   petitioner   was<\/p>\n<p>                  appointed as a Laboratory Assistant( Instructor) at the<\/p>\n<p>                  Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology on 5.1.2001 on<\/p>\n<p>                  daily wage\/contract, as mentioned in a communication<\/p>\n<p>                  dated 30.8.2004. He approached the authorities for<\/p>\n<p>                  regularization         and   aggrieved    he    filed   C.W.J.C.<\/p>\n<p>                  No.4508\/05 which came to be referred to a three man<\/p>\n<p>                  committee. The Committee after consideration rejected<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     his claim. Similar claims by Pramod Kumar were also<\/p>\n<p>     rejected in like manner questioned afresh in C.W.J.C.<\/p>\n<p>     No.15412\/09 when it was referred to a one man<\/p>\n<p>     committee appointed by the Division Bench.
