for the appellant–insurer ai’er’*heard.w..  the<\/p>\n
impugned Judgment   <\/p>\n
4.\u00bb. It is   involved in
\nthe accident  2.2005 was owned by
\none   thpirdllllrespondent before the
\nClaims  insured with the present<\/p>\n
appell’ant–Insu,rance  Company which was fourth<\/p>\n
beforethe Claims Tribunal. It is also not in<\/p>\n
 said vehicle was taken on lease by<\/p>\n
 was first respondent before the Claims<\/p>\n
