As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                  permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petition in course of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.<\/p>\n<p>                  J.N.Thakur, learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                  case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420<\/p>\n<p>                  and 409\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner is not named in the first information report. His name has<\/p>\n<p>                  transpired in course of investigation. It is also submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                  case of the petitioner stands on better footing to that of three co-<\/p>\n<p>                  accused, namely, Chandeshwar Singh, Shri Krishna Murari Lal and<\/p>\n<p>                  Ram Pravesh Pandey, named in the first information report and have<\/p>\n<p>                  been granted bail by this court in Cr.Misc. No.12139 of 2011, Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                  Misc.No.47129 of 2008 and Cr. Misc. No.38483 of 2008<\/p>\n<p>                  respectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions, let<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner, namely, Shyam Rathi Singh in the event of his arrest<\/p>\n<p>                  or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks<\/p>\n<p>                  from the date of receipt\/communication of the order be released on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>        sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned<\/p>\n<p>        S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S.<\/p>\n<p>        Case No.76 of 2008 subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>        section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
