Appellant not present.<br \/>\nThe Department is represented by Dr. Arvinder Singh, Chief Medical Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.                 The RTI application available in the Commission&#8217;s file is illegible.<br \/>\nIt is, however, noticed that the CPIO had responded to it para-wise vide letter dated<br \/>\n4.8.2009. During the hearing, Dr. Singh submits that under order dated 29.9.2009 of<br \/>\nthe Appellate Authority, he had supplied additional information to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.                 It is also noticed that information on certain paras has been denied<br \/>\nfor the reason that it is third party information. During the hearing, Dr. Singh submits<br \/>\nthat the appellant has requested for the identity of the individuals who are suffering<br \/>\nfrom certain serious deceases and details of life saving medicines administered to them.<br \/>\nIn our opinion, such information has been correctly denied as the appellant has no right<br \/>\nto seek personal information unless a larger public interest is involved and the appellant<br \/>\nhas not established any such interest.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.                 In our opinion, the appeal is without merit.
