Aftab Alam\n                                              Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar\n                                  ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   24-10-2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by<\/p>\n<p>                 this court vide order dated 17-03-2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                 3431 of 2011 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for<\/p>\n<p>                 bail if his trial is not concluded within six months.<\/p>\n<p>                            The supplementary affidavit contains the order-sheets<\/p>\n<p>                 of learned court below. It appears from the order-sheet of<\/p>\n<p>                 learned court below that the trial of the petitioner is still<\/p>\n<p>                 continuing.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that uptill<\/p>\n<p>                 now, only two prosecution witnesses have been examined<\/p>\n<p>                 whereas altogether 15 witnesses have been cited in charge<\/p>\n<p>                 sheet, so, 13 prosecution witnesses are still left to be examined.<\/p>\n<p>                            It appears from perusal of the order sheets that on 07-<\/p>\n<p>                 09-2011,      two   prosecution    witnesses     had    made   their<\/p>\n<p>                 appearance before the trial court but due to non-production of<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner, the aforesaid prosecution witnesses could not be<\/p>\n<p>                 examined.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Let a report be called for from the court of Shri D.N.<\/p>\n<p>                 Bhardwaj, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Munger in connection<\/p>\n<p>                 with Trial No. 494 of 2011 arising out of G.R. No. 1119 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        (Munger Muffasil P.S.
