                                The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his<\/p>\n
                   arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 504, 498(A),<\/p>\n
                   379\/34 of the I.P.C. and Section \u00be of the D.P. Act.<\/p>\n
                                On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n
                   submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife<\/p>\n
                   with full dignity and honour.\n<\/p>\n
                                Let the petitioner add the informant as opposite party<\/p>\n
                   no.2.\n<\/p>\n
                                Issue notice to opposite party no.2 under registered<\/p>\n
                   cover with A\/D as well as under ordinary process requisites for<\/p>\n
                   which must be filed within three weeks.<\/p>\n
                                Let the petitioner and opposite party no.2 appear on<\/p>\n
                   16.02.2012 at 2.10 P. M. in the chamber.<\/p>\n
                                Let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in<\/p>\n
                   the meantime, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 80 of<\/p>\n
                   2011 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad.<\/p>\n
