VIPIN YADAV @ VIPIN KUMAR SON OF RAJENDRA YADAV<br \/>\n                                                  Versus<br \/>\n                                           STATE OF BIHAR<\/p>\n<p>2.       14.6.2010                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                       the offence under sections 323, 504, 494, 406, 498A of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                       Penal Code and \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering that the petitioners are the parents-in-law and<\/p>\n<p>                       brother-in-law of the complainant and there is no specific overt-act<\/p>\n<p>                       against them, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their<\/p>\n<p>                       surrender, within four weeks from today in connection with Complaint<\/p>\n<p>                       case No.312C of 2009 shall be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (five thousand) each two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                       of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Lakhisarai,<\/p>\n<p>                       subject to the conditions as laid down u\/s.438(2) Cr.P.C. and (i) that<\/p>\n<p>                       one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will<\/p>\n<p>                       give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioners.
