Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :29\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No. 16330 of 2004\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                   Dated 29th August, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                 Petitioner is aggrieved by the steps taken by the<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Director of Panchayats and the Government in the matter<\/p>\n<p>of cancellation of the number already allotted to the building<\/p>\n<p>constructed by the petitioner.           Since a Tribunal has been<\/p>\n<p>constituted, the remedy open to the 5th respondent is only to<\/p>\n<p>move the Tribunal. Therefore, the impugned orders are quashed,<\/p>\n<p>without prejudice to the liberty to the 5th respondent to move the<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions.
