(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Civil Writ Petition No.56 of 1989; 57 of 1989; 13953 of 1989;<\/p>\n<p>53437 of 1991; 10462 of 1988; 11482 of 1990; 11889 of 1990; 12719 of<\/p>\n<p>1990 and 10766 of 1996 were regarding the same controversy and were<\/p>\n<p>disposed of in terms of decision of this Court rendered in Civil Writ Petition<\/p>\n<p>No.10462 of 1988 titled &#8216;<a href=\"\/doc\/1416367\/\">Jan Kalyan Simiti (Regd.) Panipat and others<\/p>\n<p>v. Housing Board Haryana and others<\/a>&#8216; decided on 3rd February, 2000.<\/p>\n<p>             The judgment rendered in Jan Kalyan Simiti&#8217;s case (supra)<\/p>\n<p>has been reported as 2003 (2) RCR (Civil) 411.<\/p>\n<p>             Counsel for Housing Board Haryana has submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>decision rendered in Jan Kalyan Simiti&#8217;s case (supra) was assailed in LPA<\/p>\n<p>No.919 of 2000. The LPA was dismissed on 7th August, 2000. Thereafter,<\/p>\n<p>Housing Board, Haryana filed an SLP. Counsel for Housing Board<\/p>\n<p>Haryana has submitted that the SLP was also dismissed vide SLP (C)<\/p>\n<p>No.17569 of 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ<\/p>\n<p>petition can be decided in terms of decision of this Court rendered in Civil<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Civil Writ Petition No. 15666 of 1991 (O&amp;M)                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition No.10462 of 1988 titled &#8216;<a href=\"\/doc\/1416367\/\">Jan Kalyan Simiti (Regd.) Panipat<\/p>\n<p>and others v.
