Heard       Shri       Sanjay      Kumar        Mishra,<\/p>\n<p>                      learned    counsel       for      the   petitioner,          Shri<\/p>\n<p>                      Vikas Kumar, learned counsel appearing on<\/p>\n<p>                      behalf of respondent nos.1 to 5 and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel appearing on behalf of respondent<\/p>\n<p>                      no.6\/Accountant General.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The        petitioner        has     prayed        for<\/p>\n<p>                      quashing         of      Annexure-16           i.e.          order<\/p>\n<p>                      contained in Memo No.1900 dated 4.10.2010,<\/p>\n<p>                      which has been passed in compliance with<\/p>\n<p>                      the order passed in M.J.C. No.340 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                      By   the   impugned          order,     it     appears       that<\/p>\n<p>                      payment     in     respect        of    amount        of    Leave<\/p>\n<p>                      Encashment etc. has been kept in abeyance<\/p>\n<p>                      till   disposal         of    a     criminal      case       vide<\/p>\n<p>                      Vigilance Case No.9 of 1984. It is evident<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        that earlier the petitioner had approached<\/p>\n<p>        this Court by filing a writ petition, which<\/p>\n<p>        was    disposed     of    and     thereafter,       contempt<\/p>\n<p>        petition was also filed. Contempt petition<\/p>\n<p>        was disposed of vide Annexure-14 i.e. order<\/p>\n<p>        dated 3.6.2010 vide M.J.C. No.340 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>        The said contempt petition was disposed of<\/p>\n<p>        with    liberty     to     the       petitioner     to     file<\/p>\n<p>        specific    claim        before      the    Director,      Land<\/p>\n<p>        Acquisition         and     Rehabilitation,               Water<\/p>\n<p>        Resources      Department,              Patna      and       in<\/p>\n<p>        compliance with the order of this Court,<\/p>\n<p>        Annexure-16 has been passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    On perusal of the impugned order,<\/p>\n<p>        the court is of the opinion that there is<\/p>\n<p>        no     infirmity.
