Singhia, District\n                        Samastipur.\n                                                                         -------Petitioner\n                                                Versus\n                        The State Of Bihar\n                                                                   -----Opposite Party\n                                            -----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/-   23\/11\/2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with<\/p>\n<p>                     carbon\/xerox copy of the case diary up to paragraph &#8211; 125 dated<\/p>\n<p>                     28\/09\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     328\/304&#8217;B&#8217;\/201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the<\/p>\n<p>                     named accused in this case being first and valid wife of husband<\/p>\n<p>                     of deceased daughter of the informant, who died under unnatural<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances around seven years of marriage after being<\/p>\n<p>                     blessed with two children.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Submission is that there is absolutely nothing<\/p>\n<p>                     against the petitioner, except some suspicion without any<\/p>\n<p>                     foundation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In view of the above, in the event of her<\/p>\n<p>                     arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                     like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                     Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur, in connection with Singhiya<br \/>\n             P.S.
