Secy.,Home &amp; Others\nPetitioner Counsel :- Jay Prakash Yadav\nRespondent Counsel :- G.A.\n\nHon'ble Raj Mani Chauhan,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Hon&#8217;ble Virendra Kumar Dixit,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>Sri Kaushlendra Tewari, Advocate files Vakalatnama on behalf of<br \/>\ncomplainant and Sri Shiva Kant Tiwari, Advocate files Vakalatnama on<br \/>\nbehalf of petitioner No. 1 which are taken on record.<br \/>\nHeard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the opposite<br \/>\nparties.\n<\/p>\n<p>This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by<br \/>\nthe petitioners for quashing the impugned FIR related to case Crime No. 816<br \/>\nof 2010, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 452, 380, 427 I.P.C. and 7<br \/>\nCriminal Law Amendment Act at Police Station Jalalpur, District Ambedkar<br \/>\nNagar.\n<\/p>\n<p>Gone through the First Information Report. The allegations made in the FIR<br \/>\ndisclose the commission of cognizable offence mentioned therein, therefore<br \/>\nno ground for quashing the FIR is made out. The petition is devoid of any<br \/>\nmerit and is liable to be dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The petition is, therefore, dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police is mounting<br \/>\npressure to arrest the petitioners, therefore, some protection be given to them.<br \/>\nKeeping in view the nature of offence, it is observed that in case the<br \/>\npetitioners appear before the court concerned within a week from today and<br \/>\nmove any application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of<br \/>\nby the court preferably on the same day.\n<\/p>\n<p>Till then, the Investigating Officer will not take coercive steps to arrest the<br \/>\npetitioners.
