Suresh     Choudhary,       Rajendra<\/p>\n<p>                    Choudhary and Dinesh Singh               are also alleged<\/p>\n<p>                    to have fired but no injury                   on account of<\/p>\n<p>                    firing      of    these   persons       was    caused.      The<\/p>\n<p>                    death    of      the   informant      occurred    after      36<\/p>\n<p>                    days of the occurrence and cause of death,<\/p>\n<p>                    according to doctor, is septicaemia.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering           the         facts          and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances of the case, during pendency<\/p>\n<p>                    of    the     above      appeals,       the    above       named<\/p>\n<p>                    appellants        of    both    the   appeals     shall      be<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees ten thousand) each             with<\/p>\n<p>          two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of      Shailendra Kumar Pandey, 2nd<\/p>\n<p>          Additional    Sessions      Judge\/successor   court,<\/p>\n<p>          Siwan in Sessions Trial No. 352 of 1996 and<\/p>\n<p>          realization   of     fine   as   imposed   upon   them<\/p>\n<p>          shall also remain stayed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                             (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)<\/p>\n<p>Tahir\/-                        (Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
