Justice V.K.MOHANAN\n\n Dated :14\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                    C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR &amp;\n                               V.K.MOHANAN, JJ.\n               ....................................................................\n                        Writ Appeal No.2837 of 2009\n               ....................................................................\n              Dated this the 14th day of December, 2009.\n\n                                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Ramachandran Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Appeal is filed against judgment of the learned Single Judge<\/p>\n<p>directing release of a consignment of bio-diesel on furnishing Bank<\/p>\n<p>Guarantee for the value of the goods with a further direction that goods<\/p>\n<p>shall not be disposed of until further orders. The Additional Advocate<\/p>\n<p>General appearing for the appellant raised various apprehensions as to<\/p>\n<p>the fitness of the product for marketing, safety norms to be followed<\/p>\n<p>etc. Bio-diesel is an alternate fuel used extensively in other countries.<\/p>\n<p>We do not think there is any risk factor involved in the storage of it<\/p>\n<p>being allowed to the petitioner in the W.P.(C) who transported the<\/p>\n<p>same. We, therefore, do not find any ground to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>interim order. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
