Baghel, for Mr.Munshaw for the applicant, Mr.Ajaysinh<br \/>\nfor Mr.Deepak P. Sanchela for opponent No.4, Mr.Niraj Soni, learned<br \/>\nA.G.P. for opponent Nos.3 and 5 and Ms.Dalal for Mr.Yatin Soni for<br \/>\nopponent Nos.1 and 2, the original claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tMs.Dalal<br \/>\nfor opponent Nos.1 and 2-original claimants at the outset states<br \/>\nbefore the Court that if appropriate cost is deposited she has no<br \/>\nobjection for the present application being<br \/>\ngranted. So far as the other opponents are concerned, they are<br \/>\nsupporting the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances and more particularly in view of the<br \/>\ndeclaration made on behalf of the original claimants, the delay is<br \/>\ncondoned on condition that the applicant pays cost of Rs.2,000\/- to<br \/>\nthe original claimants, opponent Nos.1 and 2, in one set. As the<br \/>\namount of cost has already been deposited, the condition is complied<br \/>\nwith. Opponent Nos.1 and 2 shall be at liberty to withdraw the amount<br \/>\nof cost.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tApplication<br \/>\nis allowed to the aforesaid extent.
