It further transpires that the applicant has<br \/>\n\tnever enjoyed temporary bail once, but enjoyed furlough once, and he<br \/>\n\tsurrendered in time before the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>Considering<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case, it is expedient to allow<br \/>\n\tthe application.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplication succeeds and is accordingly  allowed. The applicant &#8211;<br \/>\n\tconvict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n\t30 days from the date of his actual release, upon his furnishing<br \/>\n\tpersonal bond in the sum of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)<br \/>\n\tbefore the jail authority on usual terms and conditions.
