In spite of service of<br \/>\nnotice on the respondents, no affidavit has been filed objecting the<br \/>\nprayer.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the fact that applicant has no knowledge about the<br \/>\ndeath of respondent No.1.2, who was shown as party respondent in the<br \/>\nwrit petition and who was not substituted before the writ Court, we<br \/>\nallow the petition for substitution.
