Meera Bai on 3 December, 2010<\/div>\n<pre>                                                             1.....\n\n\n\n                 W.P.16731 of 2010\n\n\n\n\n03.12.2010.\n\n\n      Shri Sanjay Verma, Counsel for the petitioner.\n      This petition is directed against the order dated\n6.10.2010 by the II Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Betul in\nExecution Case No.15\/95.\n      Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the\naccount submitted by the respondents was not correct while<\/pre>\n<p>the account submitted by the petitioner was correct.\n<\/p>\n<p>      From the perusal of the accounts submitted by the<br \/>\npetitioner we find that the accounts submitted by the<br \/>\npetitioner was also not correct and petition had also not<br \/>\ncalculated the amount in accordance with the directions<br \/>\nissued by this Court in M.A.656 of 99.\n<\/p>\n<p>      On raising certain quarries, learned counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner submitted that the petitioner be permitted to<br \/>\nsubmit a fresh calculation before the M.A.C.T. Betul by filing<br \/>\nan application. In the said calculation, petitioner shall reflect<br \/>\ncalculation as per the order passed by this Court in<br \/>\nM.A.656\/99 and with the aforesaid liberty, petitioner be<br \/>\npermitted to move a fresh application before the M.A.C.T.<br \/>\nBetul within a period of one month from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Prayer is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to move such<br \/>\napplication, which shall be decided by the tribunal in<br \/>\naccordance with law after hearing the other side.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Till next date of hearing, it is directed that in case<br \/>\npetitioner deposits 50% of the amount which we tentatively<br \/>\nquantified to Rs.80,000\/- within a period of 15 days before<br \/>\nM.A.C.T. Betul, recovery of the remaining amount shall\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                              2&#8230;..\n<\/p>\n<p>                 W.P.16731 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>03.12.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>remain stayed till the decision on the application filed by the<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       With the aforesaid directions this petition is disposed of<br \/>\nfinally.\n<\/p>\n<p>       C.C.as per rules.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n (Krishn Kumar Lahoti)            (Smt.
