Heard        learned       counsels          for    the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner, informant and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner         is     languishing         in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody      since          03.01.2011           in      a    case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered       under      Sections        447,       341,   323,<\/p>\n<p>                   325, 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later<\/p>\n<p>                   on Section 302\/34 of the                   I.P.C. was also<\/p>\n<p>                   added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Though initially in the F.I.R., the<\/p>\n<p>                   specific     accusation         was        that       one    Ranjit<\/p>\n<p>                   Yadav gave Lathi blow on the head of the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased.    Thereafter,            this    petitioner         gave<\/p>\n<p>                   Lathi blow also on the head of the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                   alongwith one Timal Yadav and Sohan Yadav<\/p>\n<p>                   the   fardbeyan        of    the    informant          was    again<\/p>\n<p>                   recorded where he specifically alleged that<\/p>\n<p>                   Ranjit Yadav gave several Garasa blows on<\/p>\n<p>                   the   head        of     deceased.          In     the       second<\/p>\n<p>                   fardbeyan, the informant does not allege any<\/p>\n<p>                   assault    by     the    petitioner         to     deceased      as<\/p>\n<p>                   contained in Annexure-2 and considering the<\/p>\n<p>                   aforesaid        facts      other     two        assailants      of<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased          Timal            Yadav          and         Sohan<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Yadav have been granted bail by this court<\/p>\n<p>        on 12.09.2011 vide Cr. Misc. No. 18250 of<\/p>\n<p>        2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Considering   the     aforesaid      facts,<\/p>\n<p>        let     the   petitioner,      above      named,     be<\/p>\n<p>        released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>        of the learned A.C.J.M. Hilsa, Nalanda, in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 108<\/p>\n<p>        of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nU. K.
