RAVINDRAN, JJ.\n             =======================\n\n                 W.P.(C)NO. 7206 of 2008\n            ========================\n\n\n        DATED THIS THE 10th DAY OF MARCH 2008\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Balakrishnan Nair,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The petitioners are respondents in EXt.P1 order of the<\/p>\n<p>Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench in O.A.No.731<\/p>\n<p>of 2005. In the said case relief was granted to the respondent<\/p>\n<p>herein who was the applicant before the Central Administrative<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal relying on the judgment of the Madras Bench of the<\/p>\n<p>Central   Administrative    Tribunal  in   O.A.No.27\/1999    dated<\/p>\n<p>2-3-1999. The said judgment was affirmed by the judgment of<\/p>\n<p>the Madras High Court in W.P. No.18889\/1999. The petitioners<\/p>\n<p>herein contended that the said judgment       of the Madras High<\/p>\n<p>Court is pending before the Supreme Court in an S.L.P. filed on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the official respondents therein. Therefore, the learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the petitioners prayed that in case the decision of the<\/p>\n<p>Apex Court is in favour of the official respondents, they may be<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC. 7206\/2008                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>given liberty to review the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. We heard the learned counsel           appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent herein. The learned counsel showed us a copy of the<\/p>\n<p>order of the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court in the petition for leave to<\/p>\n<p>appeal(Civil) bearing No.6499\/2004 filed against the order in<\/p>\n<p>W.P.No.18889\/1999 of the Madras High Court. From the said<\/p>\n<p>order, it is evident that the     special leave petition has been<\/p>\n<p>dismissed. In view of the above position, we find no reason to<\/p>\n<p>interfere   or clarify Ext.P1 order of the Central Administrative<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal.
