RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n              Bail Application No.5617 of 2010\n               * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n            Dated: 20th day of September, 2010\n\n                               ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.250\/2010       of<\/p>\n<p>Upputhara Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>324, 326 and 307 IPC, seeks his enlargement on bail.            The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner was arrested on 2.9.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The application was opposed on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner, the relative conduct of the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>nature of the injury sustained           and the other facts and<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case, if the petitioner is released on bail, he<\/p>\n<p>will definitely influence and intimidate the prosecution witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>There is also the likelihood of       the petitioner making himself<\/p>\n<p>scarce and fleeing from justice. I am, therefore, not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>      This petition is accordingly dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                         V.
