Heard the counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>                   on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section 392 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The allegation against the petitioner in the First Information<\/p>\n<p>                   Report is that it is suspected that the petitioner may be involved in the<\/p>\n<p>                   said occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             During the investigation, it appears that all the witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                   have stated that they have heard that this petitioner alongwith one<\/p>\n<p>                   Lalit Paswan were involved in the occurrence.<\/p>\n<p>                             Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no<\/p>\n<p>                   substantive material to detain the petitioner in custody at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner Kamal<\/p>\n<p>                   Kishore Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with Kishanpur P. S.
