No.11345 of 2011\n                                     MOHAN PATEL\n                                          Versus\n                                THE UNION OF INDIA\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   20.04.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                 well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                 State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                 18.08.2010 on the allegation that he was caught along<\/p>\n<p>                 with 4.5 Kg. Ganja. The contention of learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                 for the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any<\/p>\n<p>                 criminal antecedent and the above stated recovery is<\/p>\n<p>                 less than commercial quantity.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Taking into consideration the above stated<\/p>\n<p>                 facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the<\/p>\n<p>                 parties, let the petitioner, namely, Mohan Patel be<\/p>\n<p>                 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions    Judge,    East   Champaran,     Motihari    in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S.
