The<\/p>\n<p>                   statement has been made that petitioner has no criminal<\/p>\n<p>                   antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                   of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Hilsa<\/p>\n<p>                   P.S.
