Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :13\/07\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                          V.GIRI, J\n             ------------------------------------------\n               W.P.(C)No.19607of 2009\n             ------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 13th day of July, 2009\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and learned Standing Counsel for the University.<\/p>\n<p>         2.  Petitioner        is Final year B.Sc Nursing<\/p>\n<p>students. Petitioner joined the course in September,<\/p>\n<p>2004. According to the petitioner, she has cleared all<\/p>\n<p>the Examinations upto 3rd year, except one paper in<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd year, for which she has appeared for<\/p>\n<p>supplementary Examinations conducted in December,<\/p>\n<p>2008 and are awaiting results. She has completed<\/p>\n<p>the course and due to participate in                   the 4th year<\/p>\n<p>Examination proposed to be held in July 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Examinations are notified to commence on 23.7.2009.<\/p>\n<p>I have considered a similar issue in Ext.P3 judgment.<\/p>\n<p>Since the petitioner has completed upto 3rd year and<\/p>\n<p>also given the supplementary Examinations for one<\/p>\n<p>paper in the 3rd year in December 2008, she shall be<\/p>\n<p>permitted to appear in the Final year Examination on<\/p>\n<p>a provisional basis and the results of the Final year<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C)No.19607of 2009<\/p>\n<p>                           :: 2 ::\n<\/p>\n<p>\nExamination shall be published only if the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>passes the 3rd year supplementary Examinations.
