3. The contention ttoftthe fpetitioners. is that no doubt
\ncomplainant hasinitiatedvprosecutionvandvthereafter she has
\nrealized that\u00a7–._thep”ia_ctio’n.  Viivavsmbaseless. It is also
\naverretd that.thereA:’has'”he’en’ mutual reconciliation between
\nthe parties_and_ arnicableiilisettlement has also been reached to<\/p>\n
corr\ufb01pensate hereby viray of future maintenance. ln this<\/p>\n
  it.l1e3f*have also agreed to pay Rs.4,00,000\/– towards<\/p>\n
 in fi,ill”.and final settlement.\n<\/p>\n
4.. The matter is listed after notice to the respondents<\/p>\n
 and learned Counsel Shri P. A. Kulkarni has entered<\/p>\n
it appearance. Today the lea ounse1 for the respondent<\/p>\n
\ufb01les an affidavit of the 2nd respondent in which she also<\/p>\n
supports the contention of the petitioners. It is also’-noticed<\/p>\n
