                 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                              Cr.Misc. No.8313 of 2011\n                                     MISHRI SAH\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2.   25.3.2011                 Heard.\n<\/p>\n
                               The allegation as appearing in the F.I.R. is that the<\/p>\n
                 accused persons concerted to strangulate the deceased to death<\/p>\n
                 on account of not fulfilling the demand for additional dowry.<\/p>\n
                 The post-mortem examination report indicates as if there was no<\/p>\n
                 external injury and, as such, the parts of viscera were persevered.<\/p>\n
                 The petitioner is, above all, the father-in-law.<\/p>\n
                               Let the petitioner Mishri Sah be directed to be<\/p>\n
                 released on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000\/-( ten thousand)<\/p>\n
                 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra( Saran) in Sonepur<\/p>\n
