AT PRESENT POSTED AS OFFICE CLERK, OFFICE OF\n                  DISTRICT EDUCATION SUPERINTENDENT, NALANDA, DISTT.\n                  NALANDA.\n                                               Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   10.03.2011                    Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated<\/p>\n<p>                     16.6.2010 passed in Special Case No. 34 of 2009 by the<\/p>\n<p>                     Special Judge (Vigilance) Trap, Patna, in Special Case No. 34<\/p>\n<p>                     of 2009 by which he has rejected an application under Section<\/p>\n<p>                     239 Cr. P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It has been submitted that the petitioner was not the<\/p>\n<p>                     paying\/disbursing authority, therefore, there was no question of<\/p>\n<p>                     him demanding bribe.
