SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                   ------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.31393 OF 2010\n                  -------------------------------\n           Dated this the 13th day of October, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Against orders of punishment imposed on the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to disciplinary proceedings, the petitioner has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P13 appeal before the second respondent.        The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P13 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with<\/p>\n<p>a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P13 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                                       S.
