No.6214 of 2004, who are aggrieved by<\/p>\n<p>                     the order dated 19.05.2004, whereby direction has been given to<\/p>\n<p>                     the appellants herein to make payment of the post retirement<\/p>\n<p>                     dues to the writ petitioner. Learned counsel for the appellants<\/p>\n<p>                     submits that the entire post retirement dues of the writ<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner    have    been    paid,   which    renders   this    appeal<\/p>\n<p>                     infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  In that view of the matter, this appeal is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>                     as having become infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                ( S.
