No.43302 of 2010\n                                         WAKIL SAH\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/-   13.01.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    learned P.P. for State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                    Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 226 of 2001 registered<\/p>\n<p>                    under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 380,504 and<\/p>\n<p>                    427of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner was all along on bail but his bail was<\/p>\n<p>                    cancelled on 04.08.2008 and subsequently, he surrendered<\/p>\n<p>                    before the Court below on 24.09.2010. No doubt, on earlier<\/p>\n<p>                    occasion also the petitioner had committed same type of<\/p>\n<p>                    mistake but simultaneously, it is also evident from the<\/p>\n<p>                    record that the trial of the petitioner is pending since the<\/p>\n<p>                    year 2001.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering     the   aforesaid    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submission of the parties, above<\/p>\n<p>                    named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/ with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                    like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-<\/p>\n<p>                    Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with above stated Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 226 of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            2001.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial<\/p>\n<p>            of the petitioner and shall take all effective and possible<\/p>\n<p>            steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner within a period<\/p>\n<p>            of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>            order.
