\tThe
\napplicant-original accused of Sessions Case No.79 of 1999 for the
\noffence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has
\nfiled present application for parole leave through jail.\n<\/p>\n
\tHeard
\nMr.Maulik Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent State. Mr.nanavati
\nread jail report and pointed out that applicant has enjoyed parole so
\nmany times. He has contended that even in the year 2011 applicant has
\nenjoyed parole. Therefore, he has contended that parole leave may not
\nbe granted to the present applicant.\n<\/p>\n
\tFrom
\nthe contents of the application I do not find any substance in the
\ncase. Hence this application stands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
