No.7342 of 2011\n             KESHARI LAL SON OF RAJ MOHAN SAO.\n                                          Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   31.03.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Excise Case No. 4 of 1998 pending in<\/p>\n<p>                 the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                 Bikramganj, Rohtas registered under Section 47A of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Excise Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that some spurious colour liquor<\/p>\n<p>                 were recovered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                 that the requisition for issuance of warrant against the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner has been filed in the year 2009.
