Civil Judge (S__r.I)n.),\nMember, MACT-VI, Gulbarga, partly ailowizlgvtheekaim\npetition for compensation and seekring enhaxxoeztieiit of\ncon\ufb02p\ufb01nsation   I 'A v \n\nThis MFA coming on for hearirg\u00bb   ' \n\nCourt delivered the following:-j   .\n\nThis    judment and\naward   by the MACT--VI,\n    judgment and award, the\n\n  compensation of Rs.36,600\/--\n\n V'  ., v$fifh2,interest at 5%' 13.3..\n\n3  - %   the facts are as follows:--\n\neppe\ufb02ant sustained injuries in the accident\n\n n that  on 29~3~2003. She claimed compensation\n\n Rs.3,05,000\/\u00bb. The 'I'ribuna1 has awarded\n\n compensation of Rs.36,600\/ - with interest at 6% 1.3.2..\n\nL.\/\n\n \n\n\n\n4.
