Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :24\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n                      -------------------\n                        W.P.(C).7548\/2010\n                      --------------------\n             Dated this the 24th day of March, 2010\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner retired from the service of the Kerala State Road<\/p>\n<p>Transport Corporation as Inspector on 30.11.2007. His DCRG and<\/p>\n<p>Commuted Value of Pension have not been disbursed so far.<\/p>\n<p>According to the petitioner, the marriage of       his daughter is<\/p>\n<p>scheduled to be held on 19.8.2010 and therefore respondents<\/p>\n<p>may be directed to release the amounts due to him.<\/p>\n<p>2.   Though the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents<\/p>\n<p>have obtained instructions, nothing has been placed on record to<\/p>\n<p>doubt the genuineness of the need projected by the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>3.
