3. The prosecution  the effect that

 lodged by PW-2, the statements of the injured<\/p>\n

\n inspector was secured and ultimately charge<\/p>\n

negligent driving by the petitiener. Though the’ <\/p>\n
Inspector was not examined, yet the   <\/p>\n

vehicle. Moreover, the accused   <\/p>\n
