Investment Segment of Mitsu Private<br \/>\nLimited to Minix Holdings Private Limited.\n<\/p>\n<p>2\tHeard<br \/>\nMrs. Swati Soparkar, learned advocate for the petitioner De-merged<br \/>\ncompany.\n<\/p>\n<p>3\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted that vide order dated 17.3.2011 passed in Company<br \/>\nApplication No.251 of 2011, the meeting of the equity shareholders<br \/>\nwas dispensed with in view of the written consent letters from all of<br \/>\nthem being placed on record. There being no secured creditors and<br \/>\nunsecured creditors of the company, the present petition is moved for<br \/>\nobtaining sanction of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>4\tAdmit<\/p>\n<p>\tTo<br \/>\nbe heard on Thursday, the 21st April 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tTo<br \/>\nbe advertised in Indian Express, English daily, Vadodara edition and<br \/>\nGujarat Mitra, Gujarati daily, Surat Edition.
