Learned<br \/>\ncounsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is<br \/>\ninformed by the office of Official Liquidator that there are secured<br \/>\ncreditors and workers&#8217; union who are required to be heard before any<br \/>\norder can be passed and that therefore the applicant wants to implead<br \/>\nsuch interested parties viz. secured creditors and workers&#8217;<br \/>\nrepresentatives. He has requested for about 10 days&#8217; time for the<br \/>\nsaid purpose.
