On the ground of pendency of disciplinary proceedings, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been superseded for further promotion. According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to be considered for promotion in view of<\/p>\n<p>Note (i) to Rule 28(b)(i)(7) of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service<\/p>\n<p>Rules. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed Exts.P1 and P4<\/p>\n<p>representations under Rule 28 of the KS&amp;SSR, before the 3rd respondent. For<\/p>\n<p>the present, the petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P1 and P4 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>       3.    Since Exts.P1 and P4 are statutory representations, it is only<\/p>\n<p>appropriate that the 3rd respondent considers and passes orders thereon,<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.
