The FCI has already made certain<br \/>\npayments to him. Some payments appear to be still due to him. The present<br \/>\ncomplaint has been filed for non-payment of the outstanding dues.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.      Heard on 19.1.2010 at UT Guest House, Chandigarh. Appellant present. The<br \/>\npubic authority is represented by the officer named above. The appellant would<br \/>\nsubmit that due to the intervention of the Commission, certain payments have been<br \/>\nmade to him but there has been undue delay and, therefore, interest on the principal<br \/>\namount is payable to him. He would also submit that certain payments from Sangrur<br \/>\nDistt are still outstanding.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   DECISION\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      The complainant is advised to file a clear representation before the General<br \/>\nManager, FCI, Chandigarh categorically stating therein the payments on which<br \/>\ninterest is payable to him as also his outstanding dues. On receipt of such<br \/>\nrepresentation, the GM would have the matter processed and appropriate decision<br \/>\ntaken thereon in 08 weeks time.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
