He submitted that he has already handed<br \/>\n\tover necessary documents to the Official Liquidator. The Official<br \/>\n\tLiquidator has confirmed about the receipt of the documents and he<br \/>\n\tprayed for some time to examine the said documents and to file<br \/>\n\tappropriate report in respect thereof. On behalf of M\/s. Master<br \/>\n\tHandlers Shri M.C.Patel   Manager is personally present. He<br \/>\n\tsubmitted that their head office is at Pune and all the documents<br \/>\n\tare lying there. He has also asked for time to produce all documents<br \/>\n\tand engage an advocate. Smt. Meenaben Naranbhai is personally<br \/>\n\tpresent before the Court. She submitted that she has purchased the<br \/>\n\tproperty which is in her possession. However, her husband has taken<br \/>\n\taway all the documents and she is not having any document. She has,<br \/>\n\ttherefore, asked for time to furnish the documents if available on<br \/>\n\tthe next date of hearing. Despite service of notice nobody is<br \/>\n\tpresent on behalf of M\/s. Sundek. The Official Liquidator is,<br \/>\n\ttherefore, directed to apply his seal forthwith. The Official<br \/>\n\tLiquidator is further directed to file his report in respect of<br \/>\n\tdocuments received by him from Shri Premkumar Rai and   M\/s. Master<br \/>\n\tHandlers as well as  Smt.
