The Official<br \/>\nLiquidator has filed his report on 8th September, 2008<br \/>\nwherein it is stated that State Bank of India is not a Secured<br \/>\nCreditor and hence, necessary direction be issued to State Bank of<br \/>\nIndia to furnish the complete details with regard to charge over the<br \/>\nassets of the Company with supporting document and evidences, if any.<br \/>\nIn view of this, the State Bank of India is once again directed to<br \/>\nproduce necessary details with regard to the charge over the assets<br \/>\nof the Company with documentary evidence. After such details are<br \/>\nfurnished either with the Official Liquidator or before this Court,<br \/>\nnecessary order will be passed for ad-hoc disbursement of the amount<br \/>\nlying with the Official Liquidator.
