KURIAKOSE,J.\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       W.P.(C) No.8785 of 2006\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       Dated: 6th November, 2007\n\n                                JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Under challenge in this Writ Petition is Ext.P6 order of the<\/p>\n<p>Government by which the Government has stayed (temporarily) the<\/p>\n<p>decision of the Municipality to prefer an appeal against the Division<\/p>\n<p>Bench judgment of this court in W.A.No.1222 of 1999. While<\/p>\n<p>admitting the Writ Petition this court stayed the operation of Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>and on the strength of that stay order, the petitioner-Municipality was<\/p>\n<p>able to prefer Civil Appeal to the Supreme Court. The stay order<\/p>\n<p>granted by this court virtually grants to the petitioner the reliefs<\/p>\n<p>which he could have aspired for in the Writ Petition.
