His date of<\/p>\n<p>birth is 20.2.1962. The main prayer in the Writ Petition is for a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the respondents to grant relaxation to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>for admission to the PG Medical Course, 2010. For admission for<\/p>\n<p>PG course in the case of service quota candidates, on completion<\/p>\n<p>of the course, the candidate should have at least five years&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>service left before the date of superannuation in the respective<\/p>\n<p>department. The upper age limit is to be reckoned as 30.4.2010.<\/p>\n<p>If the same is implemented, the petitioner will fall short of the<\/p>\n<p>required five years&#8217; service in the department, just by one month.<\/p>\n<p>He will retire from service on 30.3.2017.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.     The petitioner has filed Exhibit P5 representation<\/p>\n<p>before the Government seeking for appropriate orders granting<\/p>\n<p>exemption in the matter.
