Mr.Pandya has<br \/>\nread jail report and argued that present applicant is suffering from<br \/>\npiles and treatment for piles is available at Civil Hospital.<br \/>\nTherefore, he has contended that parole leave may not be granted to<br \/>\nthe present applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned counsel for the parties when the treatment for piles is<br \/>\navailable at Civil Hospital the present applicant is permitted to<br \/>\nmove before the jail authority with request to send him for treatment<br \/>\nat Civil Hospital. I hope that jail authority will provide such<br \/>\ntreatment.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of above, this application stands disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<p>      (Z. K.
