Shri Majmudar<br \/>\n\tunder instructions of the petitioners submitted that petitioners are<br \/>\n\tagriculturists and they are interested in carrying on agriculture<br \/>\n\tactivities only in the land in question. The request made on<br \/>\n\t1\/7\/2011 for mutation is not addressed by the concerned authority.<br \/>\n\tMs. Pathak for the State on advance copy submitted that the<br \/>\n\trespondent authorities may not have any objection in looking into<br \/>\n\tthe matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>I<br \/>\n\tam of the opinion that, this matter should not take longer nor<br \/>\n\tshould it require any adjudication at this stage. Suffice it to say<br \/>\n\tthat the respondent no.3 in whose office the request for mutation is<br \/>\n\tmade shall decide the said request strictly in accordance with law<br \/>\n\tand in case he is not inclined, to record by his appropriate order<br \/>\n\tso that cause of action is available to the petitioners. However<br \/>\n\tdecision should be taken by respondent no.3 as soon as possible,<br \/>\n\tpreferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.<br \/>\n\tWith this observation petition is disposed of.
