Adv.S<\/p>\n<p>Ramesh Babu takes notice for R3, R4 and R5.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The petitioner is a residents&#8217; association, objecting to a<\/p>\n<p>newly coming up structure. The proposal to build that structure is<\/p>\n<p>challenged before the Tribunal for Local Self Government<\/p>\n<p>Institutions. The main issue appears to be the approved plan etc.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner&#8217;s efforts to get those documents under the RTA<\/p>\n<p>Act, is stated to be not fruitful. Whatever that be, Tribunal for<\/p>\n<p>Local Self Government Institutions has to ensure that the entire<\/p>\n<p>files are available before it to decide on the matter. Hence it is<\/p>\n<p>ordered that any request of the petitioner to the Tribunal to<\/p>\n<p>summon the document will be considered with top priority and<\/p>\n<p>the matter will be disposed of, taking into consideration all the<\/p>\n<p>relevant matters and untrammelled by anything stated in this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
