HEMA, J.\n                    -------------------------------------------------\n                       Bail Appl.No. 6079 of 2008\n                    --------------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 30th day of September, 2008.\n\n                                       ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>                Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The alleged offences are under Sections 366 and 511<\/p>\n<p>of 376 of IPC.     Petitioner was arrested on 10.7.2008 and he is in<\/p>\n<p>custody since then.\n<\/p>\n<p>             3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that charge-sheet<\/p>\n<p>is laid and hence he has no objection in granting bail on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>             Hence, bail is granted to the petitioner on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       i)    Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>             solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>             the learned Magistrate.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       ii)   Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on<\/p>\n<p>             every Monday and Thursday between 10 A.M. and 1 P.M.<\/p>\n<p>             for two months.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       iii)  Petitioner shall not influence or intimidate any witness or<\/p>\n<p>             tamper with evidence or commit any offence while on bail<\/p>\n<p>             and in case of breach of this condition, bail is liable to be<\/p>\n<p>             cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\n       Petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                         K.
