Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.<\/p>\n<p>The learned Government Pleader submitted that the incident of<\/p>\n<p>demonstration before the petitioner&#8217;s prayer hall was only a<\/p>\n<p>stray incident which happened in May 2008. Thereafter, no<\/p>\n<p>such incident was reported. At present, there is no law and<\/p>\n<p>order problem     warranting any protection to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>This submission is recorded. If there is any obstruction to the<\/p>\n<p>holding of prayers, the petitioner can move the police.
